What does Angellovedoves sell?
Angellovedoves offers handcrafted bracelets, earrings, and delicate jewelry pieces designed with care and attention to detail. Each item is created to complement both everyday wear and special moments.

Are your jewelry pieces handmade?
Yes. All of our jewelry is handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are a natural part of the handmade process, making each piece unique.

Orders and Processing

How do I place an order?
Browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When is my order processed?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only before the order enters processing or shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact support as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, which includes handling and transit time.

Which carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on availability and destination.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 12 days after the returned item is received and approved.

Are there any return or restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking or processing fees.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, Angellovedoves accepts PayPal only.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, and Angellovedoves does not store your payment details.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
