At Angellovedoves, we understand that plans change. This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains when and how you may request a cancellation or modification, and the limitations once an order enters processing or shipment.

By placing an order with Angellovedoves, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order enters the handling or shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday may be eligible for same-day cancellation
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends may only be canceled before processing begins on the next business day

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible to ensure eligibility.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact our support team immediately:

Please include your order number and clearly state your cancellation request. If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. No cancellation or processing fees apply.

Order Changes and Modifications

Order changes may be requested before processing begins. Possible changes include:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Modifying item quantities
  • Correcting order details

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Address Changes

Shipping address updates must be requested immediately after placing your order. Address changes are only possible prior to shipment.

Angellovedoves is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Cancellations are no longer accepted
  • Order changes are no longer possible
  • The order must follow the Return & Refund Policy if eligible
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Failed or Late Cancellation Requests

If a cancellation or change request is received after the order has already been processed or shipped, the request will be declined. In this case, you may initiate a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations receive a full refund:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • No cancellation or processing fees apply
  • Refunds are typically processed within 12 days
