At this time, Angellovedoves ships within the United States. All shipping services, delivery timelines, and costs described in this policy apply to U.S. domestic orders only.

2. Shipping Cost
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.

The flat-rate shipping fee applies per order, regardless of the number of items purchased. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. There are no hidden shipping or handling fees.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
Each jewelry piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. While our products are handcrafted, we maintain a fast and consistent processing workflow.
Handling Time: 1 business day
Orders are prepared for shipment within one (1) business day after payment confirmation. Handling time includes order verification, quality checks, secure packaging, and carrier pickup preparation. It does not include transit time.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST
Processing Days: Monday through Friday
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

Every shipment from Angellovedoves includes tracking for full visibility. A tracking number is generated once your order ships and is sent via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.
8. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Angellovedoves is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Delivery Confirmation & Receipt
Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please check nearby locations or contact the carrier.
10. Delays & Exceptions
Angellovedoves is not liable for delays caused by carriers once a package has been handed over. We will always assist customers in tracking and resolving issues where possible.
11. Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is considered lost, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to our support team with your order number.
12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable orders may be subject to non-refundable shipping costs and additional reshipping fees.
