Return Eligibility Overview
We offer a 60-day return window for eligible items. Items may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- Returned in original condition
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Angellovedoves is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Policy

No restocking or processing fees are charged.
Exchanges
Angellovedoves does not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, size, or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage. A replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Order Cancellations
